About the Founder:
Since 2005, WaiLeung Ng has been on a journey through the world of geotechnical engineering, taking on projects ranging from foundations and deep excavations to slope stability, ground improvement, and instrumentation. Along the way, he has worked with design consultants, contractors, and government bodies, each giving him a different perspective on the challenges faced in our industry. What drives him is a passion for turning complex engineering theories into something practical and easy to understand — knowledge that young engineers and practitioners can apply with confidence.
